Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a unique and holistic way of looking at health and disease. This system of medicine developed over thousands of years in China. It has specific diagnostic methods: inspection, listening/smelling, inquiry and palpation. The diagnosis is based on the disharmony of energy in body. Acupuncture is a main branch in TCM. It regulates and harmonises the energy in the body by inserting fine needles in special points according to the channel theories in TCM. Moxibustion, cupping, scraping, electric needles and patent herbal medicine are also used to support the acupuncture treatment in our clinic. Acupuncture is used to treat numerous diseases, including all kinds of pain, skin disorders, insomnia, digestive disorders, and more.
